Returns or Exchanges

Rest easy, we offer free returns and exchanges within 7 days for items purchased at hazeclothingnyc.com. Items must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging and tags.

We offer three options for returns and exchanges.

1. Exchange for another color or size

2. Return for an eGift Card

3. Return for a refund back to the original payment method.  If you no longer have access to the original payment method, please select an eGift Card as your refund option instead.

If you would like to exchange for a different product, you can return your item for an eGift Card to purchase another item on our website. We will begin processing your new order or email your eGift Card as soon as the Return Bar processes your exchange.

Shipping charges are not refundable. All sales are final for international orders. We do not offer returns or exchanges.
